You know. I still don’t get the whole purpose of this commercial. LOL. A lot of 90s commercials for video games did not make sense but it seems they had this big budget production. There’s only 5 seconds of actual game footage in this commercial which is what most of them were like. All live action stuff and barely any game play. There was a thing called Mortal Monday back in the day where they would have their huge release on a Monday usually in September and October and it would be accompanied by some crazy campaign that would not be seen by any other title out on the market. This was really cool back in the day because games were not coming up with marketing tactics that included a movie in the summer, a brand new game release in the fall with some great cartoons amongst other things in the midst. I’ll definitely post up more of these throughout the weekend or even next week.
